Stress and pressure

Work with exam pressure and the body's stress response.

Week 5

Life beyond the scroll

Create a healthier relationship with screens and attention.

Week 6

Relationships and belonging

Practice listening, boundaries, and honest connection.

Questions from families

A few things worth knowing.

Which timezone is the schedule shown in?

The cohort runs on Eastern Time. The registration page automatically shows the same sessions in your detected timezone, and every confirmation and reminder includes your local time.

What happens if my teen misses a live session?

Let the mteen team know as early as possible. We will share the relevant practice and help the participant rejoin the weekly rhythm. Live participation is encouraged because conversation and guided practice are central to mtRoot.

What is needed for the Mitra practice?

A phone or computer with internet access and about 10-15 quiet minutes on non-session days. The private participant dashboard links directly to the current week's practice.

Is parental consent required?

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must consent before a seat becomes active. If a teen begins registration and the payer is not the guardian, we email the guardian a separate consent link.

What is the refund policy?

A full refund is available when requested at least seven days before the cohort begins. Please read the linked refund policy for the complete terms.
